Is there any website where you can find olympic coverage unedited by the Chinese?

The 2008 olympics are a real bummer with all the editing. I am looking for the opening ceremonies in particular.
This is not possible. The Chinese have suspended all freedom of the press, even for foreign journalists. All the camera work is done by the Chinese Olympic Committee only.

Well the NBC website has Olympic news on it, and I seriously doubt that it has been edited by the Chinese. In fact, I have serious doubts about the notion that the television coverage is being edited by the Chinese, with the exception of course of coverage by Chinese journalists. My gripe with the coverage is that NBC has focused way too much on a few choice US athletes and popular sports, and has all but ignored over 2/3 of the Olympics. This has nothing to do with Chinese editing, since few Chinese athletes are being highlighted and the NBC commentators were making some potentially harmful remarks about the female Chinese gymnastics team.
