get a usb cord and connect the psp to your computer. assuming you have a memory stick, that window will pop up. then make a folder called VIDEO a folder called MUSIC and a folder called PHOTO. make sure they are all capital letters. then drag on drop your files into the correct folder.

note: psp can only play .mp4 so you probably need to convert all your video files to that format.

   connect your psp to a pc with a usb cord (available at walmart) and you’ll want to create a file with it when your pc asks what you want to do with it once youve plugged it in.
   Next, you find the thing you want to add on there and you save it as a file or document or whatever, then save it to your psp file you created when you plugged your psp in the computer
