How do you get muisc, pictures, and videos on your Psp?

Posted on May 30th, 2010 by admin

get a usb cord and connect the psp to your computer. assuming you have a memory stick, that window will pop up. then make a folder called VIDEO a folder called MUSIC and a folder called PHOTO. make sure they are all capital letters. then drag on drop your files into the correct folder.

note: psp can only play .mp4 so you probably need to convert all your video files to that format.

Shinedown – Sound Of Madness(Muisc Video)

Posted on May 23rd, 2010 by admin

I redid this video cause i did not really like the first one. but some of you did so ill just leave them both up :-)

Yeah, I get it,
You’re an outcast.
Always under attack.
Always coming in last,
Bringing up the past.
No one owes you anything.
I think you need a shotgun blast,
A kick in the ass,
So paranoid…
Watch your back!

Oh my, here we go…

Another lose cannon gone bi-polar
Slipped down, couldn’t get much lower.
Quicksand’s got no sense of humor.
I’m still laughing like hell.
You think that the cryin to me,
Looking so sorry that I’m gonna believe,
You’ve been infected by a social disease.
Well, then take your medicine.

[Chorus]
I created the Sound of Madness.
Wrote the book on pain.
Somehow I’m still here,
To explain,
That the darkest hour never comes in the night.
You can sleep with a gun.
When you gonna wake up and fight… for yourself?

I’m so sick of this tombstone mentality,
If there’s an afterlife,
Then it’ll set you free.
But I’m not gonna part the seas
You’re a self-fulfilling prophecy.
You think that cryin to me,
Looking so sorry that I’m gonna believe,
You’ve been infected by a social disease.

I created the Sound of Madness.
Wrote the book on pain.
Somehow I’m still here,
To explain,
That the darkest hour never comes in the night.
You can sleep with a gun.
When you gonna wake up…
When you gonna wake up and fight…

I created the Sound of Madness.
Wrote the book on pain.
Somehow I’m still here,
To explain,
That the darkest hour never comes in the night.
You can sleep with a gun.
When you gonna wake up and fight… for yourself?

When you gonna wake up and fight… for yourself? [x3]

I have to do a science fair project. I have a topic and can you help me. It is Do muisc help plant grow?

Posted on May 18th, 2010 by admin

Please help me because this is my first time.

You can take the project in many directions:

-Use different kinds of music to see which one helps growth more (i.e. rock, classical, opera, etc.)
-Have just two plants–one in a quiet, undisturbed place, the other next to a blaring stereo

Either way, you’ll have to keep some things constant so your answers will re-testable:

-The type of plant(s) you use
-The container/soil the plants are in
-The amount of water the plants are given
-The amount of sunlight the plants are given

I find that using a logbook to record this data is helpful and is a good way to keep yourself on track.

*You might also want to test whether or not sound itself effects plants–Myth Busters tested this once before and any plants exposed to talking, music, or arguments grew better.

who was the first composer to use fff in their muisc?

Posted on May 12th, 2010 by admin

its for extra credit in my music theory class:] please help or at least tell me where i might find that information? please and thank you :]

I’m going to place my bets on Peter Ilyich Tchaikovsky.

(following is an excerpt from website http://www.cso.org/main.taf?p=1,1,4,10 )

Up until and throughout the Baroque period (ca. 1600–1750), however, a composer’s intentions regarding dynamics had to be deduced mainly from the character and patterns of the music and the stylistic conventions of the time, because dynamic marks in music were infrequent. Most of J. S. Bach’s works, for example, include no dynamic marks at all. And even during the Classical era (ca. 1775–1820), dynamic marks provided only a skeleton. In the music of Haydn and Mozart, for instance, f’s and p’s are common, but ff, pp, and crescendo appear infrequently, diminuendo even more infrequently, and mf and mp never. Haydn and Mozart and their contemporaries assumed that, for the most part, well-educated performers would know when a musical phrase required a crescendo or diminuendo, and that good musicians would use good taste in managing the subtle dynamic shadings and gradations necessary during the course of a piece.

It was Ludwig van Beethoven (1770–1827) who started the practice of providing much more detailed indications of dynamics, and most composers since Beethoven’s time have followed his example. A number of these composers, including late-nineteenth-century composers like Peter Ilyich Tchaikovsky and turn-of-the-century composers like Gustav Mahler and Richard Strauss, expanded the range of dynamic marks to include such indications as ppp and fff, with even an occasional ffff or ppppp. Some might consider these amplifications a devaluation of the currency, since even in the mighty final movement of his Ninth Symphony, with a big chorus and orchestra going full guns, Beethoven never felt the need to mark anything more than ff. But if a composer marks a passage fff and nowhere else in the piece goes above ff, it’s certainly clear where the loudest point in the piece is supposed to be.
