I want to add music to my page .
Can this be done and how?

You can place a song in your blast or you can place an mp3 player in your blog section. The song you place in your blast will not play automatically because that’s how 360 is set up. But, you can have autoplay music in your blog section.

To add music to your blast:
1) Sign up for a free account at a file-hosting website:
http://fileden.com or http://snapdrive.net
Upload the song you want to use to your account.
Copy the URL of the mp3 after you’ve uploaded it [the website will provide the URL.. just copy it]. It should start with "http" and end with ".mp3"

On your Y! 360, click "Edit blast." Then, paste the URL of the song into the URL section of your blast.
Add text to your blast. Then, save.
After you’ve saved it, you should see the "Play" button. Click it to ensure the song works.

2) If you know sites that have mp3 links, you can get the URL there to use on your blast:
You can try http://musichunter.net
Search for the mp3 that you want to use.
When you get the results, click the song’s link.
Near ‘Download,’ you’ll see ‘Here.’ Click ‘Here’ and copy the mp3’s URL from your address bar.
You can’t use "wma" or any other format.. only an mp3.

For music in your blog:
Sign up for an account at a file-hosting website:
http://fileden.com or http://snapdrive.net or http://www.streamload.com

-Upload your MP3s to your account.
-Go to http://pimp.myyearbook.com/mp3player.php…
-Copy the URL(s) of your MP3s
-Paste them into the different boxes on the MP3 Player’s website.
-Copy the HTML code/tag from the MP3 player’s website (click ‘Generate the Code.’

Or, you can sign up for an account http://imeem.com and create your own playlist. Copy the ‘embed’ code below your Imeem player.
(You can also search Imeem for songs. When the search completes, click the link for that song. Under the Imeem music player, you’ll see the ‘Embed’ code and near that, you’ll see the option to have the song on autoplay Copy the embed code.)

Then, when you go to compose a blog:
1) Check the "View HTML source" box (on the right/above the white text area).
2) Paste in the code
3) Add text
4) Preview/Save. (The player doesn’t appear when you’re editing your blog entry; it appears in preview and after saving it.)

i know rhaposdy and playlist are the ownly one that i know
i dont want radio stations online i want something like playlist.com and im trying to find this one singer

Try Pandora or Musicovery, they are both free online web radios.

musicovery.com

On pandora you can put in bands/songs you like and it will play simliar artists, on musicovery you can select time periods, genres, and moods and it will play that kind of music.

If you don’t want internet radios, try Yahoo! music. They have music videos, you can create playlists, you can create your own radio station.

i have an mp3 player and i was wondering if you could put music on an mp3 player!

No. iTunes is compatible only with iPods. You could buy music from iTunes, but it would have to be converted to a file format compatible with that player and then you’d have to use some other media manager software.

I got this you phone and it has a muisc player and i need to download muisc.
What i mean by real music is that i want the full song not a ringtones

I looked for good sites to download music, instead of downloading a program like limewire..

I use..

You seach for your music.. you can listen to it beofre your download it to your computer..

i was a little stuck on downloading..

But your click your song..

Right click download.

Then press

SAVE AS:

save it ka-bing ka-boom
you have your music..

One bad thing about the site is that it doesn’t always have the music your looking for..

I tried to look for my bands that I like, which aren’t to popular..

idk anyone that knows them..and they weren’t on there.

But just give it a try.

btw, when searching try not to be too specific..

Like just band names..

Just song names.

Simple things.
