What album is a live version of "You’ve Got A Friend" on with Carly Simon and others?

Over a year ago someone had posted a live version of James Taylor’s song "You’ve Got A Friend" on MySpace. Carly Simon, Carole King, Celine Dion and Gloria Estefan were singing it. Can anyone tell me what cd/album this version of "You’ve Got a Friend" is on? I cannot find it even in a google search… unless I’m not searching for the right things.
